Polenta and Chili Bread

1 cup coarse yellow cornmeal
1 cup white flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon yeast
salt
1/2 tablespoon of chilli pepper (I used piri-piri, also know as malagueta)

Mix everything, place on a small bread pan, bake for 20-30 minutes until golden. It is not a fluffy bread, but it’s very tasty and moist.

Variation: add a cup of grated cheddar cheese
