Tibetan Flatbread and Maura’s Carob Nutella

It has about 40% of the calories and much less fat and sugar than standard chocolate spreads but has more valuable nutrients.

2 tbsp coconut fat or coconut butter

1 tbsp carob (you may add more if you want a stronger taste)

10 almonds (or any other nut)

sugar (or a sugar substitute) to taste

I tend to add 1/2 tbsp — but I like very dark chocolate and this may be too for most people.

Blend well. Keep in the fridge. It tends to solidify. Remove from the fridge 10 or 15 minutes before using it.
