1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup passion fruit pulp
You can blend the pulp and drain it.
Or do as I do – simply scoop the pulp with seeds and mix with the mayo. I like the contrast given by the dark seeds and the texture they provide. PS: The seeds have no taste.
If too acid, add a teaspoon of honey and blend well.
The flavors intensify if refrigerated at least 2 hours.
Use as a salad dressing with fruit or chicken salad. Absolutely wonderful with barbecued meat.
